Duo of aperitifs

Ingredients

Aperitif For 4 people

Cheese pralines

20 g of potato chips, e.g. with salt and pepper

20 g of macadamia nuts, eg. with rosemary and pepper

1 teaspoon of flower pepper

200 g of brie de Meaux

Smoked salmon ceviche

200 g of royal salmon

1 small onion

1 small chilli

1 bunch of coriander

1 lime

salt from the Himalayas

How to proceed

Preparation: approx. 20 minutes

Cheese pralines

Put the fries in a plastic bag and crumble them with a rolling pin. Finely chop the walnuts and mix them with the pepper and flowers. With a digger, take small balls of cheese and pass some in the crumbled chips, others in the pepper macadamia nuts.

Smoked salmon ceviche

Cut the salmon into strips. Cut the onion and chilli into thin rings. Chop the cilantro. Grate the lime zest and squeeze the juice. Mix the juice and zest of the lime with the onion, chilli and coriander. Pass the strips of salmon and serve immediately.
